Who's behind Tadaa
Tadaa is built in Harrow by a small local team, for the pros who come to your door. We're opening in Harrow first so we can get it right before going further.
How pros are checked
Before a pro can take bookings, we check their photo ID. For car care and handyman jobs we also check their public liability insurance.

For customers
Are there booking fees?
No. You pay the pro's price, and the price you see is the price you pay.
When am I charged?
When you book. We hold the money and only pay the pro 24 hours after the job is done.
What if something goes wrong?
Tell us within 24 hours of the job. The money stays put while we sort it out with you and the pro.
Can I cancel?
Yes, free up to 24 hours before your booking. After that you get 50% back, and if the pro cancels you always get a full refund.
