Waitlist terms

Last updated 20 October 2026. Tadaa is not open yet. These terms cover the waitlist, link names, referral rewards and the founding pro offer. Full terms for booking and selling on Tadaa will be shown when you sign up.

The waitlist

Joining is free and doesn't commit you to anything. Your place in the queue reflects when you joined and how many friends joined with your link. We can't promise when Tadaa will open in your area.

Link names

We hold the link name you choose (tadaa.im/yourname) for you. We may take back a name that is offensive, misleading, or uses someone else's name or brand.

Referral rewards

Customers: everyone starts at Spark (1% cashback). When 3 friends join with your link you move to Glow (2%), and at 10 friends you move to Shine (3%). Cashback is paid as Tadaa credit on paid, completed first bookings with a pro you haven't booked before, and only where Tadaa charges a fee on that booking. It's capped at £5 per booking.

Pros: for every pro who joins with your link and completes their first paid booking on Tadaa, you get one free month of Max.

Credit can only be spent on Tadaa bookings. It has no cash value, can't be transferred and expires 12 months after it's given. You can't refer yourself or use extra accounts, cards or addresses to earn more. If we see misuse, we can reset your level and cancel the rewards involved.

Max subscription

Max is an optional subscription for pros at £24.99 a month or £199 a year. Your first Max subscription starts with a 30-day free trial; we email you before it ends, and if you cancel before the trial ends you aren't charged. After that, Max renews automatically each month or year until you cancel. You can cancel or change plan at any time on your Max page, and Max stays on until the end of the period you've paid for. We don't refund part-used periods unless the law requires it. Features marked "coming soon" aren't part of what you pay for until they launch.

Founding pro offer

The first 100 pros to join the pro waitlist can subscribe to Max for £9.99 a month instead of the normal price, for as long as they stay subscribed without a break. If you cancel and come back later, the normal price applies.

Payments, cancellations and refunds

When you pay for a booking, we hold your payment until the job is done. Once the pro marks the job done, you have 24 hours to confirm it or report a problem; if you don't, the payment goes to the pro. If you report a problem, we hold the payment while we look into it.

You can cancel for free, with a full refund, up to 24 hours before your booking starts. If you cancel less than 24 hours before, you get 50% back and the pro keeps the rest for the slot they kept free. If a pro cancels, you always get a full refund. Refunds usually reach your card in 5 to 10 days. If you're not there when the pro arrives and they can't reach you, they can mark the booking as missed 15 minutes after the start time; this counts as a late cancellation. If you cancel 3 paid bookings within 30 days, we may pause card payments on your account until you contact us.

Tadaa credit

When you're due a refund, you choose: back to your card, or kept as Tadaa credit. Credit is ready straight away, is used automatically on your next booking with any pro, lasts 12 months from when it's added, and can't be swapped back for cash or moved to someone else. If you paid part of a booking with credit, that part is always refunded as credit. You can't top up credit with money.

Pros: if you cancel a paid booking, the customer is refunded in full and the payment fee our payment partner keeps comes off your next payout. If a customer cancels less than 24 hours before, you keep half the booking, minus the payment fee.

Payment fees for pros: cards, Apple Pay and Google Pay 1.9% + 20p; Pay by bank 0.5% + 20p (max £5); Revolut Pay 1.5% + 20p; pay later, only if you turn it on, 4.99% + 35p (Klarna) or 6% + 30p (Clearpay). On a new customer we found you, our 15% already includes the standard card fee. Cash and bank transfers are free.

Instant cash-outs

Once a job's money is released to you, you can cash it out instantly to an eligible debit card or bank, usually arriving within 30 minutes. Your bank decides the exact timing. Any instant fee is shown before you confirm and comes out of the amount sent; anything you don't cash out goes to your bank on the normal schedule. Instant cash-outs open after 3 paid jobs and a completed pro check, are limited to 5 a day, and pause while a job is on hold.

Prices and fees on this website are our planned launch prices. Your exact fees will be shown before you agree to anything when you sign up.

Changes and contact

We may change or end these offers. If we do, rewards you have already earned stay valid. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. Questions: hello@tadaa.im.
