What we collect

When you join the waitlist or claim a link: your email, and if you give them, your postcode, the service you're interested in, any extras you picked and the link name you chose. We also create a referral code for you and note who referred you, if anyone.

We count clicks on this site (which tabs and buttons people use) without cookies and without anything stored on your device. Those counts aren't linked to your email.

When you use Tadaa: your email, name if you add one, your bookings (service, times, postcode, notes), messages and reactions in your chats, refunds and Tadaa credit. Pros also give their business details, services, prices, photos and areas. We don't see or store card numbers: our payment partner Stripe handles payments, and checks pros' photo ID and bank details before their first payout.

Live location: only when a pro taps "On my way", their phone shares its location with that one customer until they arrive or stop sharing. We never track customers. Coordinates are deleted an hour after the trip ends.

Why

To tell you when Tadaa opens near you, to hold your link name, to work out your place in the queue and referral rewards, and to see which services people want most. We rely on your consent for emails and our legitimate interest in improving the service for the click counts.

Who handles it

Supabase stores our data in London. Cloudflare runs this website. Stripe processes payments and pro ID checks. Resend sends our emails. Anthropic powers Tee, our assistant, for pros who use it. Map tiles come from OpenFreeMap and postcode lookups from postcodes.io. PostHog (EU) receives the anonymous click counts. Sentry (EU) receives error reports when something breaks, with no name, email or IP address attached. We never sell your data.

How long

Until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it, and no longer than 12 months after launch if you don't use Tadaa.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, or withdraw consent, at any time. Email hello@tadaa.im. If you're unhappy with how we handle it, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
